Metal Erhu1 and 2

I made both of these instruments not to long after I had built Tony’s Erhu, visually designed on the same principals as a traditional Erhu, there are some differences.
Both of these instruments are about ten inches shorter than Tony’s. On Metal Erhu 1 there is no bridge attached to the face plate On Metal Erhu 2 the bridge consists of to floating beads.
Both use small metal salad bowls as there resonating chamber. Metal Erhu 1 has a neck designed much like the single string series; where as Metal Erhu 2 has a neck much more traditional to the Erhu style.
